Print Preview and Printing

You can print any project to obtain a hard copy of all mortgage details and the amortization schedule. A hard copy of a loan project includes the following:

• project name;
• loan amount;
• nominal interest rate;
• number of discount points and their value;
• loan start date;
• loan term;
• payment amount;
• total interest over the loan term;
• total payment over the loan term;
• effective interest rate;
• user notes;
• amortization schedule.

To print a loan project, open the Mortgage Properties window and click the Print button.

If you made any changes to a loan project, you must click Calculate before you can preview it. If you click Print Preview when the Amortization Schedule has not been recalculated, the program will prompt you to apply the changes and recalculate. Click Yes to recalculate the project and proceed with printing the updated version, or click No to ignore changes and print the previous version.

To see how the amortization schedule will look when printed, click Print Preview before printing. The first page is a title sheet that shows the mortgage details. The total number of pages is shown in the lower left hand corner. You can change the view scale by clicking the scale button on the toolbar:

Please note that the printing function is not available in the trial version.
